Testimonials

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Turrell Building Services, led by Neil Turrell, and we could not be happier with the outcome. The project was completed three months ago, and we are now living in the house of our dreams — a home that exceeded every expectation we had.
From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Transparency and integrity were evident at every stage of the build.

The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and care taken throughout the entire process were truly exceptional. Every person we interacted with was courteous, reliable, and clearly took pride in their work.

We are genuinely grateful for what Turrell Building Services delivered — not just a beautifully built home, but also a stress-free and enjoyable journey along the way.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Turrell Building to anyone considering a construction project. They are a rare find — a company that combines skill, professionalism, and real integrity.

We engaged Turrell to complete our home renovation in 2024. The brief was to turn our run-of-the-mill project home into a modern coastal custom build. We completely transformed our house within 9 months. Every room inside our house was updated and changed, and even the exterior was given a completely new look with cladding and stone work.

The project ran very smoothly and was completed ahead of time and under budget. Our site manager Laeton was amazing; he treated our home like it was his own, and the attention to detail is outstanding.

Having an in-house interior designer gave me confidence in my decisions. Jess understood my vision and did a fantastic job guiding me so that my house now looks amazing with on-trend custom cabinetry, timber floors and stone fireplaces.

I would have no hesitation on recommending Turrell to anyone looking to renovate or build a new home.

We decided to build our forever home with Turrell Building two years ago, Our house is amazing the people at Turrell made the process easy and exciting.

The workmanship and care taken with the build was next level and the results speak for themselves. Thank you to all the workers who played a part in this build, we would absolutely recommend Turrell Building to anyone wanting a beautiful home.

Could not speak more highly of Neil and the team at Turrell Building. Right from our early interactions, we knew we had our fit – not only for the expertise but for the genuine passion they had for building our dream home. We never felt like a ‘project’ but instead felt like partners in bringing our dream to reality.

The process was collaborative; they had ideas but also helped find ways to include the ‘musts’ or ‘wants’. The costing process had the right level of rigour. At the end of the project, we were happy with the accuracy provided and the reasonableness in costing discussions, which during the fluctuations of COVID was no mean feat.

What we were most impressed with were their attention to detail and quality finishings. Everyone that comes to our home always comments on the quality and thoughtfulness of the design. We had not built or renovated a home before, and I must say we were initially daunted by the process. Not only were we happy with our outcome, but we actually enjoyed the process as well.

From the project managers, the team on-site, the interior design team and the contractors, everyone was a pleasure to work with. So if you are looking to build or renovate, I suggest you give Neil a call to talk about what’s possible.

Awesome Builder!

Can not be happier with the quality of the finished product and the professionalism of the whole team at Turrell. Would highly recommend Turrell to anyone looking for a builder.

Neil and the team did a great job. Right from the initial site meeting through the contract negotiation and the build itself, everyone we came across was very professional and more than willing to help. Our project was a little bit tricky (aren’t they all) but the guys on the ground did an awesome job (special thanks to Brad, Shannon, and Dan). Turrell Building will be first on our list when our next project comes up.

Neil and his team were first class in developing the plans and 3D concepts for our project. From vision to reality Jenny and I were delighted with the workmanship and result.

Neil is a hands-on operator and has a good eye for detail and a wealth of knowledge and experience for finding solutions to problems and sourcing special materials.

Thank you, Team Turrell.

Throughout the build, Laeton, our site manager, and his team were fantastic to deal with being available to discuss anything during the build or to make those important decisions that arise during construction. We always came away from a meeting knowing the right outcome was being provided in the end. The team on site were mindful of how the construction can impact our neighbours, they were always courteous and helpful to them. A big thank you to all the guys on site and especially Laeton, Stevie and Ayden who were there from beginning to end, we knew we were in great hands.

Could not fault Neil and his team, professional prompt, and courteous at all times. Arrived on time every time, great communication and explanation of the jobs ahead. Highly recommend Turrell Building to any one looking for a quality finish with an eye on detail.

We can honestly say that from the moment we met Neil Turrell we were impressed by his honesty and professionalism. He was always helpful and no problem was too small to discuss or sort out. He was always available when we needed to discuss anything with him and he made us feel that we were in the right hands. We would not hesitate to recommend Turrell Building Services for any project. We were so glad that we chose them and are now living in our beautiful new dream home with everything just how we imagined.

The Turrell team and its subcontractors provided top-notch professional craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout. The whole process from design to completion was seamless. Our project was a one-off rebuild, refurb, extend whilst we were still living on-site. The staging of the build was excellent and communication flawless. A fixed-price contract with PC components allowed precise cost prediction and control.

Neil and his team have completed 2 projects for us and are about to start a 3rd. To deal with a company that has imagination and flare, met our budget and time frame was better than we ever expected. The workmanship was exceptional. We feel like we live in a new home which we love and enjoy. We highly recommend Neil and his team.

Neil Turrell and his team understood our requirements and our vision. They complimented our ideas with their own creativity and in doing so have produced an amazing home with the highest quality and incredible finishes. Our experience with Turrell Building Services was an extremely positive one and the constant communication and follow-ups lead to a smooth building process from all involved from the building site right through to the office staff.

We used Turrell Building Services for a complete home renovation including removal of a first floor, outdoor living area and master suite/extension. The team is very professional with a high attention to detail. We were very happy with the communication throughout the project and the high standard of workmanship.

We selected Neil Turrell and his team to completely renovate and add the first floor to our semi-detached home after Neil took us on a reference trip. After meeting a group of owners and seeing first-hand their different builds we immediately knew we had chosen our builder. We were not let down. I could not recommend Turrell’s more highly and would be happy to share the 8-month journey with anyone that is interested, We absolutely love and are proud of our newly renovated home!
