We engaged the services of Turrell Building Services Pty Ltd to undertake the building of our dream retirement home. ... This was the first time we had built and were swamped with warnings by friends of how fraught the project would be and dire warnings of all the problems we would encounter. We can honestly say that from the moment we met Neil Turrell we were impressed by his honesty and professionalism. He was always helpful and no problem was too small to discuss or sort out. He was always available when we needed to discuss anything with him and he made us feel that we were in the right hands. Neil put together a highly professional team to work their magic. From their designer, who put up cheerfully with my design changes and suggestion, to his Construction Manager, Troy, who oversaw the whole project, to our Site Foreman, Damian, who was in charge of everything that was going on on site, we were in the most capable of hands. All their trades people were highly professional and knew exactly what their job was. Any problems or changes that came up were dealt with swiftly and professionally. The project was held up soon after start through a problem that was not evident at the time of signing of Contract, which delayed building progress. The team worked tirelessly to make up the lost time and delivered the completed project well within Contract. Any teething problems have been dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction. We feel we belong to the Turrell Family as they continue to take an interest in how we are doing with the new house. We would not hesitate to recommend Turrell Building Services for any project. We were so glad that we chose them and are now living in our beautiful new dream home with everything just how we imagined.read more

Great attitude, excellent service and a great team of people when considering who was going to be our Builder. Neil... and his team were very professional and always considered our concerns and worries and made them obsolete. Neil's knowledge and diversified experience was a big plus in the building industry hence the quality of Turrell's work truly was satisfying when seeing the completed project. Their planning and liaison between ourselves and Turrell were communicated on a daily, weekly and monthly basis which helped us meet our deadlines and budget. I have no hesitation in Neil building our next project and I recommend him for yours.read more

We heard about Turrell Building via word of mouth as they came highly recommended. After our building work was... completed, we can confirm that this is a fantastic company. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and you can be assured that the workmanship and quality of service is first class. We had a difficult site with limited access which would have made the job physically so much harder for the builders on site. Not once did anyone complain or make us feel bad for the difficult conditions. Everyone was always positive and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. From our very first meeting with Neil, we were given the impression that we were important to them. Every staff member that we have had any contact with was very friendly and it was clear in all dealing with this company that their customers/clients are important to them. Troy who managed the whole process kept us informed all the way through the build and explaining everything we didn’t understand, was readily available and responded always to any contact we made. Troy made sure that the process was a good experience for us, looking out for our best interests, making decisions where his knowledge surpassed ours. Brad who managed the build on site went over and above our expectations both in the building work and customer service. Brad is very skilful, and a great builder and we are grateful that he and his team built our house. He went over and above by far with the way that the house was handed back to us. We found things that Brad had done around the property after they had finished that we could not thank him enough for. We highly recommend this company and we are very glad to have met them.read more

We recently used Turrell Building Services for a complete renovation and extension to our outdoor entertaining area. ... Neil's vision from the start of what could be achieved and his advice on creating a beautiful outdoor space/room, with a fabulous kitchen for our house was fantastic. We had confidence from the very beginning that the job would be done right. The teams attention to detail and care factor about our job being done correctly was excellent and every step of the way was communicated to us. We are thrilled with the end result. The whole team that were on site during the 6 month renovation were thoroughly professional, hard working, polite and a great asset to the Turrell team. Neil and his team have done a fantastic job on our family home. Their flexibility and patience throughout the job... allowed us to get the look and feel we wanted. The builders on our job were reliable and a polite at all times, and were a pleasure to be around. They kept the site well organised and clean at all times I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to do a major renovation, particularly while still living in the home with children.read more

Neil and the team were terrific to deal with. We wanted to extend the outdoor living area and the Turrell team had... wonderful ideas. They took the time to understand how we lived and then created a design that transformed our outdoor area into a stunning space for entertainment and relaxing. The team were very professional, always keeping us informed and were thorough in all aspects of the job - including cleaning up.
