A standout feature is the raked ceiling over the dining area, which continues to the alfresco. This creates a breathtaking frame of the valley, visible the moment you step inside. This design element and the home’s simplicity enhance its charm and elegance.

The architectural focus is evident in the roof forms. The front façade is composed of four gabled sections, enhanced by the clean, modern look of zero eaves. The roof, made from Kliplock standing seam by COLORBOND in the striking shade of Monument, complements the dark window and door frames, adding to the home’s sleek aesthetic.

The front entry makes a statement with a custom-feature steel door set beneath a minimalist parapet roof flanked by copper downpipes. Elegant feature wall sconces further elevate the farmhouse-inspired façade, adding warmth and character.
