Arcadian

With its origins as a project home, Arcadian is a standout example of what’s possible when vision, craftsmanship and detail come together. Through a thoughtfully executed renovation and extension, we completely redefined this home, transforming it into a serene rural retreat that feels both luxurious and grounded in its landscape.

A Home Reimagined

The brief was clear. The goal was to strip away the baseline feel of a standard project home and reimagine it as something more refined, considered and enduring. Our clients came to us wanting more than just a renovation. They were looking for a home elevated by craftsmanship, care and detail, where every finish, fixture and element of construction reflected a true sense of quality.

We reworked the floorplan to serve family living better, added a new master suite and kids’ wing, and introduced a fully self-contained pool house with a lounge, bar, bathroom and bedroom. The result is a home that feels deeply personal, thoughtfully built and made to last.

The Master Retreat

The master bedroom has been transformed into a peaceful sanctuary with expansive views across the surrounding paddocks and vineyards. A striking stone fireplace anchors the space, while the generous walk-in robe and ensuite bring everyday comfort with a sense of retreat.

The Heart of the Home

At the centre of the home, the kitchen sets the tone. A softly curved island adds sculptural interest while natural tones and textures bring a calm, layered feel. Every detail, from the scullery to the water station, was designed to support ease of living with understated elegance.

Outdoor Living

Outside, the transformation is just as considered. The backyard is now a series of inviting, well-connected zones, with landscaped paths that guide you from the home to the pool and entertaining areas. Stonework features throughout, from the chimney to garden walls, tying the architecture and landscaping together with warmth and texture.

The Result

Arcadian is a clear example of how thoughtful design and construction can completely transform a home, elevating both its character and how it’s experienced every day.
